Squared and cubed numbers

Description

This resource pack is perfect for practicing working out the values of squared and cubed numbers. There are 14 squared and 14 cubed numbers to calculate, increasing in difficulty as the questions progress. These worksheets can be used in the classroom as an activity, set as homework, or by parents who are home-schooling their children.

A step-by-step answers sheet is also included, showing the steps students can take to reach the correct answer.

All our resources follow the UK National Curriculum, which is used by schools and educational institutions around the world. Students are usually in Year 5 (9-10 years old, in Key Stage 2) when they learn about squared and cubed numbers.
