The Four Noble Truths
The Four Noble Truths are the basics of what Buddhists believe. The truths are:
- Dukkha – “incapable of satisfying”
- Samsāra – endless cycle of rebirth, “dukkha” and dying again.
- Rebirth – When you are born again as a different person or animal.
- Karma – Good and bad deeds which produce “seeds” which mature later either in this life or in another.
