How these animals get along with each other

Let’s think of habitats as cities: where there are different kinds of animals who have to get along with each other.

Food chain

In every habitat, there is a food chain. A food chain explains what animals eat. They might either eat other animals (carnivore) or eat plants (herbivore) or maybe both (omnivore). Below is an example of a simplified food chain:

Producer > Herbivore (prey) > Carnivore (predator)
