How to look after your body
One of the many ways to look after your body is to drink plenty of water. We recommend you drink milk as well (unless you’re allergic to dairy, in which case, there are plenty of alternatives) which contains calcium which keeps your bones very strong.
Another way you can look after your body is by eating your 5-a day. This means eating 5 different kinds of fruit and vegetables each day, which give you your fair share of vitamins and minerals, thereby helping your body to function.
